However, too much pressure results in Stress and too much Stress can result in
Illness or destructive behaviour.
For example: Allergies, Migraines, IBS, Asthma, Eczema, Muscular aches and pains, cold sores, psoriasis, to name but a few possible side effects of Stress.
Stress can also be responsible for emotional problems often resulting in lack of confidence, low self-esteem, sleep problems and social phobias.
